A highly skilled Senior Operations Manager is required by First Choice Staff to lead our London operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, warehousing, and staff management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

• Manage a team of professionals to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and security.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AEO and IATA standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
