Our client, a leading financial organisation with over 75 years of experience in providing workplace pension schemes, is seeking 2 enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic customer service team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills within the finance industry and make a real difference to the lives of members and employers.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls from members and employers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.
  • Apply rules and procedures to provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of pension-related questions.
  • Listen attentively to understand member needs and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
  • Engage members by clearly articulating the value-added services
  • Meet targets for call quality and accuracy, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing call coaching sessions to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of systems and processes.

As the first point of contact within the organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members. Your engaging and efficient approach will ensure that member queries are resolved promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression.

  • Previous experience in customer service administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise information.
  • Empathetic nature and the ability to understand the individual needs of members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle a wide range of queries.
