This role would require the successful candidate to work one day in both offices and then the rest of the week from home

The successful Branch Administrator:

  • Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Ongoing training and support

As a Branch Administrator, you will be required to work:

  • Full time with one day in the office and the rest from home
  • Working between 2 of the offices

The ideal applicant for the role of Branch Administrator:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of Property admin experience.
  • Estate agency experience
  • Reliable and organised
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Swift and efficient typing skills
  • A key team player
  • Full UK driver's licence and access to own vehicle

Branch Administrator tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Administration support for Management and the team
  • Providing outstanding customer service, both by phone and face-to-face
  • Actioning and Maintaining branch inbox.
  • Outlook diary management
  • Conducting viewings when required
