Reports to: Senior Training Administrator Role Description To be a front-line representative for the Corporate and Education Training Teams, handling customer orders and queries. The Training Administrator  will have the ability to handle customer queries and have a customer service background; training on Company specific procedures will be provided. The Training Administrator will take responsibility for the activities that they handle, ensuring that ownership and responsibility is passed onto colleagues, actions are followed up and that customers are notified. The post holder must be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working to tight deadlines. Key Tasks · Call/ email handling and order processing · Systems management · Internal and external customer liaison · Managing AT Trainers diaries, including all required paperwork · Management of a busy shared department mailbox · Query resolutions · Other general administrative duties The Candidate · Evidence previous customer service skills · Show high attention to detail · Be patient, empathetic and understanding towards your customers needs · Adaptable to new and urgent tasks · The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite; the ideal candidate must be able to independently navigate Excel and other Microsoft Software such as; Word and Outlook, however this is not essential for a quick learner as training will be provided · Be able to multi task and prioritise their own workload effectively · The candidate must have demonstrateable experience customer service and complaint resolution The role is full time with the possibility of flexible working in line with the needs of the Business.
