Responsibilities of theOffice Administrator
- Raising order numbers
- Co-ordinating bookings for MOT/servicing
- Costing the vehicles to various sites
- Filing/scanning
- Answering the phone
- Processing repair orders, keeping them up to date.

Requirements for a successful Office Administrator
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
