Description

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Assist in managing HR records and databases
  • Help prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating job ads
  • Handle payroll and benefits queries
  • Perform reception duties such as answering phones
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the HR department runs smoothly

Profile

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in HR or related field
  • Experience in an HR role or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail, with excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
