We are currently recruiting for a Secretarial Services Coordinator to join a highly prestigious and friendly US law firm.
This role is perfect for a PA or Junior PA who is keen to become an integral part of the firm’s Secretarial Services Coordination team. You’ll be working directly with the Associate Director of Secretarial Services and a fellow Coordinator to assist in allocations, practice group switches and directing the float secretaries. This is an administrative and coordination heavy position that requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail. No management experience is required.
The perfect Secretarial Services Coordinator will have around 3-4 years of PA experience and want to move away from a standard PA role. You will be highly organised and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be highly communicative and be able to liaise at various levels of the business.
There is a highly competitive salary on offer, dependant on experience and expectations.
