  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets, approve and track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project schedules, identifying and addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
  • Handle change management by evaluating and accommodating changes in project scope and requirements.
  • Resolve project issues and roadblocks efficiently, keeping the project moving forward.
  • Evaluate team and project performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and records.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Applicants must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field.
