Our client is the UK's largest privately owned dedicated timber terminal with a dedicated 90 acre site in North Lincolnshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates as they are searching for ambitious, results-driven Internal Sales Supports to join the team

Package/ Benefits:

Role:

  • Handle calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional manner
  • Process and input customer orders on the company computer system
  • Gain an understanding of the company, their product and the market they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Respond to customer requests for product information and job pricing
  • Support the sale team with customer enquiries and orders, ensuring smooth running of the order processing facility

Requirements:

  • A-level or equivalent qualifications
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small)
