Maple Cross, United Kingdom Mobilize Financial Services - UK Full time

Reporting to the Heads of Brand Strategy & Pricing, the job holder is responsible for supporting Mobilize Financial Services used vehicle objectives. The job holder will lead all used retail & fleet commercial proposals from offers, presentations and discussions internally, with manufacturers, whilst supporting Sales with key dealer package negotiations.


This role is to lead and develop the future strategy of used vehicles, enabling a sustainable and profitable channel whilst investigating and deploying new initiatives to support residual values and remarketing strategies.


What will you do:


  • Working with the field team to establish new initiatives, to support the development of used vehicles
  • In conjunction with Sales, set monthly and annual contract budgets on used offers and monitor monthly against expected forecasted landing positions, making recommendations on analysis completed
  • Monitor dealer, third party and remarketing channel performance and create action plans where required
  • Support the development and launch of all joint used vehicle programmes
  • Work closely with the Brand & Pricing teams to ensure the used vehicle strategy complements our overarching vehicle lifecycle and new vehicle strategy
  • Work with all MFS Marketing departments to launch and deploy dedicated used vehicle loyalty and aftersales products, whilst creating communications plans to support the deployment and promotion of our offers


What will you have:


  • Experience or an understanding of the motor industry, ideally with previous Captive/OEM/Independent experience
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative
  • Robust organisation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, proactive and focused on achieving company goals
  • Enthusiastic, tenacious personality; able to prioritise work in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent PC skills with a detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Flexible team player able to communicate at all levels both in writing and verbally
  • Strong analytical understanding
  • Customer centric approach, able to manage stakeholder expectations at all times
