Are you looking to join Renault Group to support Sales & Marketing Controlling activities, all channels and across all Brands, acting as Business Partner to help us achieve sustainable profitability?
This role supports costings and dealer animation programs for all channels, validating all fleet deals and ensures full Group compliance in costing validation and dealer payment control.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to drive Short Term Rental and other Direct Fleet costings and manage the financial approval process for the Fleet costing requests via our R-Fleet platform. You will support the commercial costing cycle for Retail and Fleet offers and analyse the effectiveness of our commercial programmes through ad hoc studies and profitability analysis.
The job holder will support financial projects on new car sales activities and drive the costing of commercial / sales ad-hoc actions if required. You will also run payment control activities and manage and ensure timely invoice approvals and payment for internal and external customers. A key part of the role is to manage quarterly audits of support payments, ensure Identification of abnormal/duplicate payments, and support month end and budget / reforecast processes with required costings.
Success will be measured by the accuracy of financial costings, the quality of financial Analysis and compliance, including payment control.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have Controlling, Audit, Product pricing, Business Analysis, and Internal Audit Control experience. You are from a vehicle finance background and have a knowledge of the Fleet market and sales channels and have probably been in a commercial or financial reporting/planning role or are a Business Financial Analyst. You can work under pressure, have advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills. You are a superb communicator and presenter.
