IO Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Clevedon site. Our solutions are essential for manufacturing semiconductors, flat panel displays, LEDs, and solar products. As an environmental company, we help clients reduce greenhouse gases produced during microchip manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Act as the single point of contact for project schedule, cost, risks, and scope; develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and track progress, providing updates to the programme team and key stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Own the project budget, monitoring expenditures and costs throughout the project.
  • Risk and Responsibility Management: Create a Responsibility Matrix (RACI) and a RAID log detailing key risks, actions, issues, and decisions; implement mitigation plans and adjust project scope, resources, or timelines as needed.
  • Stakeholder and Change Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones, negotiate with senior management to resolve challenges, and manage project scope through a structured change management process.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications required

  • Possess a recognized Project or Programme Management Qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, Prince2), or equivalent experience (Essential).
  • Hold a degree in a relevant Technical, Engineering, or Science discipline (Essential).
