Job Title: Project Manager

Duration : 6 month Contract

Location: Clevedon. Remote work candidates to be considered

Reporting to: Enterprise Application Manager

Responsible for:

Managing the continuous improvement of Hydro EU business systems. These include ERP and advanced software solutions in the water engineering industry

Physical Requirements: Drivers Licence

Competence & Qualifications:

Proven background delivering ERP projects and software solutions Dynamics ERP experience beneficial DevOps\Jira IT related degree or similar. Prince2 and\or AGILE project delivery

Skills & Attributes:

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong task documentation and task management. Ability to clearly communicate project plans and objectives to management teams and IT team.

Key Duties:

Create and maintain detailed project plans against strict business timelines and deliverables. Create and maintain Issues and Risks registers. Provide regular communication to management teams to track progress. Use online tools to track and communicate IT team tasks and utilise online reporting tools for IT management team review. Visit Hydro UK offices to provide onsite communication at key times during the projects. Assist with system documentation where required. Follow the company’s internal control and ISO quality control procedures and work in accordance with all relevant legislation including, but not limited to Health and Safety and other relevant company policies. Perform other related work as assigned by management. To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act. To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility. Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
