About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Otis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage project finances and budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
