Scheduling Coordinator Home MadeJoin our Sales Operations team - a great first step into the world of Property Technology and OperationsThis role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Sales team to streamline and enhance the operations supporting our Sales Associates (responsible for property viewings) manage landlord appointments and ensure top-tier customer service for our renters.With a mix of CRM management project coordination and process improvement its a great role to develop operational skills. Role and Opportunities:Include but not limited toCustomer Service and Fostering Relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure our scheduled viewings are executed flawlessly.Viewings Optimisation: Coordinate and arrange travel plans for our Sales Associates whilst seeking opportunities to enhance the number of property viewings conducted by our Sales Team.Customer Communication: Keep our customers always informed with the latest and most relevant information regarding their appointments.
