THE ROLE


Do you love working with influencers to create stories and content that disrupts and cuts through the newsfeed? Are you a social media superstar with your finger on the pulse of the right channels and the right way to speak to the right consumers?


We are seeking a proactive, creative and all-round influencer whizz from a digital savvy background to help deliver our influencer and PR campaigns across Boots UK.


The ideal candidate is a strong team player who radiates positivity, creativity and flair. We are looking for someone proactive who knows the PR and influencer landscape and can really make content magic that cuts through the newsfeed.


This position will sit within our PR team, and will work with that team to deliver a fully integrated PR and influencer output for the client. We have a structured gifting programme that you will manage – cultivating relationships with a group of influencers that have signed up to be our partners. The output is both planned and reactive. We’re always looking for news driven opportunities to ensure influencer content that hits trends as they’re emerging.





RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of earned influencer activity – with ad hoc paid for campaigns
  • Influencer programme day to day, from crafting content to drawing up contracts and managing the briefing process (with strategic support from senior colleagues where required)
  • content ideas as well as writing and curating creative briefs that tap into trends while staying on brand
  • contracts using brand templates and aiding client legal team with amends to agreements where needed
  • confident in your ability to present to both key influencers and clients
  • in close partnership with the PR leads to deliver integrated campaigns
  • influencer target lists for campaigns across earned, making recommendations based off a set budget and in line with wider PR strategies
  • new, creative approaches to elevate influencer activity
  • & executing influencer giftings and/or affiliate campaigns
  • on top of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers and sharing proactive ideas with both the internal and external teams
  • where necessary, managing day to day financial and admin tasks including invoicing and ensuring that influencers are set up on the system and paid in a timely manner



YOU

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Track record of executing impactful PR and influencer campaigns
  • Creative thinker with a proactive flair
  • Problem solver
  • Knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised with impeccable time management skills
  • Very strong ability to constantly juggle priorities in a fast-paced and often changing environment
  • Project management skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Have experience in influencer tools including the likes of CreatorIQ
  • in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Seek out and identify up-and-coming global trends
