Account Manager, Client Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our UK Client Services team at Influencer, a leading influencer marketing agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client service, executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, focusing on key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Snap.
  • Oversee campaign execution at a client level, working closely with the Account Director and wider team.
  • Support Account Director in client-level communications, building and fostering strong client relationships, managing expectations, and sharing updates and actions.
  • Be the driving force on campaign timings, creating timelines, and ensuring the client, creators, and wider team are aware of key milestones and delivery dates.
  • Manage and oversee campaigns via our platform, Waves, and other platforms, ensuring accurate briefs, content, and creator payments are uploaded.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the creator community, building and nurturing relationships with creators and managing comms with creators and talent management agencies.
  • Assist the Account Director in thought-provoking creative strategy and campaign execution tactics.
  • Lead on creating Post-Campaign Analysis reports, demonstrating an ability to convert data and campaign insights into key learnings and confidently present to clients.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, branded content, advertising, social, media, and/or creative.
  • Experience in account management and creator management.
  • Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands, with an understanding of usage and payment terms.
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects.
  • A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others.
  • Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
