Building Operations Specialist

Were looking for a Building Operations Specialist to support Procores Building Operations Team and employees at our London office. Successful candidates will be organized proactive and able to prioritize a wide range of tasks. As a Building Operations Specialist you will possess a strong customer service attitude and work on tasks related to facility operations food and beverage and IT. No two days will be the same for this position. This position reports into the Head of Building Operations and will be based in our London office. Were looking for candidates to join our team immediately. What youll do: Office management including; order and maintain balanced levels of food and office supply inventory for the office daily cleaning duties in kitchens conference rooms and communal areasRegularly perform walk-throughs perform basic building repairs if needed and/or escalate issues to appropriate vendorsAssist with internal events set up and tear downRegister and greet visitorsRun Office ticketing systems - answer evaluate prioritize assign and execute incoming requests for assistance Assist in the installation of desks desk equipment and furniture in conjunction with the IT department and help execute office moves Daily written and verbal communication to all employees regarding office announcements as well as communicate constantly with extended Building Operations team members via email and/or SlackAssist other departments at Procore as needed with operations related projects  What were looking for: 1 years experience working in a professional environmentQuality written and verbal communication skills (email phone in person)Ability to multitask prioritize and stay organizedCustomer service - must be able to interface with all guests employees and executivesDemonstrated competence in Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsRespect for confidential informationStrong commitment to customer service employee happiness and company growth Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50lb Additional Information : Base Pay Range 28800 - 39600.
