**Operations Specialist job overview**:
We are looking for someone who can unlock the potential of our operations processes in an extremely fast-paced environment. As an Operations Specialist, you will own the end to end process associated with the installation of smart parcel lockers across the UK.

**Operations Specialist key areas of responsibility**:

- Schedule and manage contractors across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Create and maintain a direct relationship between site landlords, commercial managers, and installation service providers.
- Facilitate the end to process from site surveys to installation sign-off.
- Deliver on key installation and operational KPIs

**Operations Specialist Key skills and Experience**:

- 1+ years of functional operations experience
- Evidence of operations management within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with subcontractors is preferred
- Proven track record in the execution of operational processes and project coordination
- Demonstrated enablement of a physical operation, including delivering against KPIs
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Strong data management skills (Excel etc)
