Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Are you a seasoned technical pre-sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of data solutions, applications, and AI? We are seeking a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our clients dynamic Pre-Sales and Solutioning team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to guide potential clients through the pre-sales process, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Advocacy: Communicate the value and technical benefits of our data management, generative AI, and application development solutions to prospective clients, customizing presentations and demonstrations to address their specific business needs.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as the technical expert during sales engagements, addressing technical questions and objections while emphasizing the advantages and unique features of our solutions.
  • Customer Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their technical needs and business objectives, translating these into effective technical solutions.
  • Solution Design: Partner with the technical team to create tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with our product capabilities.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and present technical proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, detailing the solution architecture, implementation plan, and business value.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting, particularly in data solutions, AI, or software applications.
  • Deep technical knowledge of data architectures, generative AI technologies, DevOps practices, and software development methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting complex technical solutions to a diverse audience, including C-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, or similar technologies are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
