4 or 5 daysHR Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC based in Maidstone.  Working for our fast-paced client, the role is to support the organisation as it undergoes a period of transition. There is the opportunity to WFH 1 day per week. You will need to be available by w/c 2nd September.Role Responsibilities

  • Train, coach and develop managers to perform all aspects of people management in line with company policies – to include writing and delivering training
  • Identify developmental training needs to support employees and managers with their development plans and align training with business objectives
  • Project work including being a key stakeholder for the implementation of a new time and attendance system
  • Support managers to address and resolve any employee relations issues
  • Review processes and policies and update in line with best practice
  • Champion employee engagement and support on employee engagement activities
  • Support integration of UK site into wider EMEA business unit

Person Specification

  • At least 5 years previous HR experience
  • Hands on approach with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
