In this role you will deliver clear and actionable insight to underpin our Propositions around DE&I and contribute to our foresight strategy reporting on future trends to ensure Tesco remains ahead of our competition and relevant to customers. Often contributing to a few different Insight projects at once, you will flex between multiple research, internal and 3rd party data sources to draw together robust insights and clear recommendations.

You will be responsible for
Connect multiple data sets of varying types (research, behavioural, panel, economic, market context) to support the creation of insight about markets that we can act on Use data & insight to tell compelling stories, sharing this across the business to deliver actionable recommendations Ensure projects deliver against requirements, on time and on budget Ensure projects are presented in a simple way, to land the key messages with impact Ensure insight produced is accurate & actionable to support our strategic drivers Support the proposition team with insight to feed strategic priorities across Tesco s strategic drivers Support senior colleagues to make insight led proposition decisions, from proposition development through to evaluation Work with agency partners to deliver compelling foresight to support the business in prioritising long-term strategies Support foresight projects with behavioural and survey data to bring the trends to life, with a specific Tesco focus
You will need
Several years of experience in an insight function or as a recipient of Insight content e.g.Planner, Strategist, Brand Executive Creative problem solving Ability to manage multiple projects at once across multiple agencies and stages Solid understanding of different insight approaches and tools Demonstrable analytical & data interpretation skills Data visualisation and storytelling
