& Content Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Social Media & Content Executive, you will be at the forefront of creating

engaging content for our blog and social media channels, with a strong focus on

driving growth and revenue. You will develop and implement content strategies that

enhance our online presence, attract new customers, and increase sales. This role

demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for our

YouTube). This includes articles, product descriptions, videos, and graphics

tailored to our target audience.
- Growth & Revenue Focus: Craft content that not only entertains but also drives

traffic, engagement, and conversions. Implement strategies to increase

follower count, boost engagement rates, and convert social media followers

into loyal customers.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across all

social media platforms. Ensure a consistent brand voice and message that

resonates with our audience and drives business objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the performance of blog

and social media content. Provide regular reports on key metrics (traffic,

engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize future content

strategies.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve blog content

visibility and search rankings. Conduct keyword research and use on-page

SEO techniques to attract organic traffic.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to

comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive environment.

Monitor social media sentiment and feedback to inform content strategy.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support

product launches, sales events, and special promotions. Coordinate with the

marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and social

media management, preferably within the e-commerce or entertainment

industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a

related field.
- Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and

video editing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive

actionable insights.

Pay: £18,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
