Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a busy department? Our client, a prestigious higher education organisation based in South Kensington, London, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Undergraduate Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary role offering full-time hours, Monday-Friday 35 hours a week, this position will be working full onsite, pay £22ph, duration of the role is for 3 months, the position is being recruited for permanently and the successful candidate has the opportunity to apply.

As an Undergraduate Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective support to both academic staff and undergraduate students. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including general administration, event coordination, and procurement. In addition, you will manage the Casual & Temporary Worker process and act as Secretary to committees and working groups. A friendly and professional demeanour is essential as you will be the first point of contact for staff, students, and visitors to the Undergraduate Office.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a customer-facing environment and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also crucial. Additionally, knowledge of data protection guidelines and an understanding of the complexities surrounding the management of confidential information would be advantageous.
