We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 90 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects. We've successfully collaborated with AtkinsRealis clients including MoD, EDF, National Highways, Transport for London, HS2, Neom and the Environment Agency to provide world-class solutions.

We create bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, make information more accessible and add value to projects. The Role:

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Principal Creative with a strategic focus to join the team. There's scope for creativity and adding greater value to our growing number of high-profile national and global accounts. We're looking for someone who is a natural initiative taker who brings out the best in the team. You must be able to think analytically and strategically about how projects can be taken to the next level. Proactively bringing ideas on how projects and the overall business can run more effectively, challenging creativity, processes and strategies and overall improving the quality and delivery of projects.

You will be a results-driven strategic creative able to assess the short and long-term goals of Creative Design and suggest ways to accomplish them. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analysing industry trends.

There will be incredible scope to grow your experience areas, whether you're leading the creative on an event, supporting the definition of a new customer experience, or having design input into a multi-discipline project. There's a huge opportunity to bring greater value to our variety of engineering, infrastructure and architectural design projects, as well as looking to the future to how our service lines can be diversified.

This role can be based out of Birmingham, London, Epsom, Bristol, Glasgow or Warrington.

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their goals for upcoming campaigns and projects.
  • Developing marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the companies goals.
  • Creating documentation and project briefs about initiatives.
  • Tracking results of marketing strategies as well as adjusting or ending marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectation.

What you can bring?
  • An original portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual skills, advertorial, illustration, and branding.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as strong layout and typography skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members; managing multiple projects at once.
  • Quoting and scoping multi-discipline projects ensuring the right blend of skill sets are involved.
  • Performing analysis of competitors and identifying opportunities.
  • Keeping updated with technologies and consumer behaviours.
  • Creating and presenting strategic plans.
  • Finding solutions for client problems.
  • Contributing to business development and digital innovation; helping to develop future work pipeline through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximising potential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and reactive problem-solving.
  • A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
