The team advise on a range of company secretarial services, from company formation to maintaining statutory books, acting as company secretary, and providing registered office address and helping our clients to remain fully compliant, allowing them to focus on their core business activities.

So what are we looking for?

As a Company Secretarial Paralegal, you'll be at the heart of our Company Secretarial team. Your role will see you supporting the delivery of our company secretarial services to our existing and diverse client base gaining exposure to a variety of businesses, including private and listed companies, academies, and property management firms. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to assist with Companies House filings, maintain statutory registers and handle general company secretarial matters, including share capital and constitutional changes. Prior experience in a paralegal, or company secretarial role, is not required as you'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a talented team of experienced company secretarial paralegals and other senior lawyers in the team. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to broaden your experience once fully trained by contributing to the company secretarial aspects of our corporate team's transactional work. This means direct interaction with clients and the wider business, allowing you to develop autonomy as you gain experience.

To be successful in this role you must fulfil a minimum of one of the following:
  • Be a current employee of Womble Bond Dickinson
  • Have completed a law degree
  • Have at least 3 months experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
