Location: Aylesbury

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

Salary: £22,914 per annum

Working Pattern: Hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your main duties will include:

  • Efficiently and effectively handling customer calls, providing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Providing excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures
  • Delivering educational and professional service by promoting and upselling organisation products and services
  • Collating and providing customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background within customer services
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accurate data capture and management
