About this Role


Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for an Attendance and Pastoral Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a new role for the school and the successful candidate will work alongside the leadership and Learning Mentor to provide the highest quality pastoral support to children across the school, particularly those requiring support with attending school or remaining in school.


As an Attendance and Pastoral Assistant you will:

Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children’s interest, engagement and attendance in education. Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children. Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children. Promote high standards of behaviour for all children. Promote high standards of communication between families and the school.
