To motivate technicians to ensure a high level of productivity and quality. You'll demonstrate the Company's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects. Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers. Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs. Proactively identify new customers and build an effective and profitable relationship. Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques. Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are always up to-date. Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the Company's PPA.

Skills & Experience:

Core Maths and English qualifications. Sound telephone and communication skills. Elementary knowledge of IT, e.g. Microsoft Office. Evidence of proactive sales activity in a commercial environment. Evidence of customer management and development in a commercial environment. Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
