We're looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join our team at the AC by Marriott, Belfast.

A day in the life of

  • This role will see you form an essential part of the hotels leadership team, working as a figurehead for people and culture on site, you'll be be tasked with ensuring there a first class overall employee experience, from onboarding to performance and capability through to offboarding.
  • You will be accountable for the delivery of HR strategy and development of the team.
  • You'll be the first line of contact for our colleagues, ensuring a robust recruitment and retention strategy is implemented within the business, with an eye on developing and retaining future talent.
  • You will ensure all colleague training is up to date and a culture of team engagement is fostered throughout the business across all areas of the hotel.

What do we need from you?

Previous experience within a HR management role is essential, you'll be up to date and engaged with changes in the greater HR sector and a champion of growing future talent and staff engagement.
