The successful candidate will have RQF Level 3 qualification, or be willing to work towards this, they will have experience and knowledge of working with elderly people and possess skills of patience and kindness, and be a team player who is aware of their own limitations and works well under their own initiative. Pinewood offers a competitive salary with a generous up to 6 week annual leave allocation, weekend and overtime enhancements.
