IT supporter / systemadministrator (m/f/d)Your tasks
- On-site IT support and contact person (1stlevel) for colleagues in the event of faults and queries
- Installation, configuration, commissioningand support of hardware and software
- Networkand system administration and monitoring of existing IT systems(PCs, Macs, network, printers) to ensure operability at our Munichsite
- Administration of the MS 365 and Intuneenvironment
- Coordination of activities withexternal IT service providers
Your profile
- Completed training asan IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or comparablequalification
- At least three years ofprofessional experience in the field of work
- Extensive experience and knowledge of current Microsoft products(MS 365 / Azure / Windows Server) and macOS
- In-depth knowledge of the administration of network infrastructuresand security technologies
- Ability to work ina team, communication skills and strong service orientation
- Structured way of working and hands-onmentality
- Must-have: Very good written andspoken German (level C1)
