Learning Support Specialist (Experience Working with Children Required)

tailor your teaching approach and support our membersto achieve consistent progress
● inspire all children to become fearless learners
●Demonstrate Progress– support children to recognise progress; Deliver quality customer experience - inspire your members andtheir families; support their needs to ensure they get the most of ourservice whilst prioritising safeguarding and member wellbeing at alltimes
Access to a supportive network
● Completean assessment that involves a short maths and English test and a2-question video interview.
Our shifts are after school hours, andweekends
● Your starting hourly pay will be:
Under 18 – £7.All tutors receive further uplifts to their base hourly pay due toholiday entitlement and based on the number of hours they have worked.On top of your tutoring shifts, you will be paid for all of yourtraining and induction sessions.
A grade 6 or above in maths and English Language GCSE (orequivalent)
● To have access to a laptop or desktop computer withstable internet connection during tuition sessions - minimum 5mbpsupload and 10mbps download speed
● Have more than 8 hoursavailability during our opening times (after school and weekends)
All successful applicants will undertake employment referencechecks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check.
