Role Overview:
As the Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations here.. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurants operations.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
