Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Catering Manager to ensure the effective operation of our restaurant through 5-star team management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Standards & Quality: Oversee the maintenance of high standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and front-of-house operation.
- Site Alignment & Support: Maintain close alignment and provide support to the site General Manager.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the front-of-house and hospitality team.
- Daily Briefings: Conduct daily briefings on restaurant functions, setup, and liaise with the back-of-house team as needed.
- Weekly Stock-Takes: Conduct weekly stock-takes to ensure accurate inventory management.
- SOP Development: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational excellence.
- Client Feedback: Receive and respond to all client and customer feedback.
- Process Development: Develop processes for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Administration: Manage financial and departmental administration.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure all quality control and hygiene systems are achieved at all times.
