Contract Monitoring Officer

Job description

About the role:

To develop a contract monitoring process that will systematically monitor the quality and performance of contracted services commissioned by Powys County Council.

To monitor Service Contracts with service providers within Social Services and to ensure that services are delivered to agreed specifications.

Identify, document and report any areas of concern and work with service providers to agree action plans to address performance issues identified.

To report to relevant senior managers any safeguarding issues for service users and the local authority through the approved processes and procedures.

About you:

To be dedicated to ensuring person centered services operate across the county.To be able to work independently and professionally to assess the quality or services provided.To generate high quality, accurate reports on care services.To be able to use a variety of IT software as part of creating reports, monitoring data and presenting findings.
