**About the role**:
This is a key role within Commercial Services, dedicated to improving contract management performance across the Council.

**About you**:
A tenacious commercial professional, with experience in all elements of the commercial lifecycle, together with a strong working knowledge of contract management methodology, systems and processes and skills development to drive commercial improvement and contract performance.

**What you will do**:
Lead on and deliver a programme of commercial activity to improve contract management performance across the Council, including the development and continuous improvement of a contract management framework, improved contract management systems, processes and guidance, contract management data, information and intelligence, plus, contract management skills developed.
