You will be speaking to our valued existing customers identifying and presenting opportunities and cross selling to drive company revenue. We need people who want to exceed targets and are driven to succeed. People who can adapt to change and think outside of the box. If you can tailor conversations from transactional to consultative depending on your customer and have the ability to handle any objections and close sales this is the role for you Have you got good time management and are you a good communicator? Are you resilient and do you have a bounce back approach persisting through challenge? Can you show empathy and have experience adapting to different customers and their needs and their aspirations for their company?

This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Newcastle office or Dublin office

Key Responsibilities

•Previous Sales experience in B2B preferably in an Outbound environment.
•Excellent time management
•Drive KPI's through goal setting, maintaining high standards and meeting key deadlines.
•Ability to demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
•Strong communication skills and experience Closing Sales/Deals and generating revenue including cross sales.
•Provide a tailored approach-both transactional and consultative-to our valued customers..
•Excellent customer service skills including influencer and have the ability to engage Key decision makers.
•Takes action to keep product knowledge and skills up to date
•Capable of reaching individual & team targets
•Ambitious and target driven
•Forging internal relationships with our key stakeholders and internal colleagues within Sales
