Job Purpose

This position reports to the Customer Services Manager. As a Customer Services Advisor you will answer customer telephone calls and emails. Our aim is to offer a premium Customer Ser-vice, where our Customer Services Advisors build relationships with our customers, take orders and answer queries in a polite and professional manner, offering advice and support as required. The content of the calls/emails includes order taking, payment taking, order tracking, product ad-vice, customer finance queries and account set up requests.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls/emails from customers or sales representatives this could include:

• Taking and processing orders

• Taking payments

• Tracking orders with a courier

• Giving base product advice

• Answering customer finance queries

• Setting up accounts in SAP and eShop

• Organising special deliveries or pick ups (with Logistics)

• Knowledge of and adherence to all compliance SOP's and regulations – in particular relat-ing to our Human Tissue Authority Licence requirements.

The Candidate

In view of the involvement in the organisation and the role itself, the successful candidate should have the following qualifications, background and personal style

Education/ Professional Experience


• Customer Service experience preferably in the dental industry.

• Knowledge of dentistry including dental implants

• SAP systems experience (or other ERP system)

• Numerate and knowledgeable about customer finance (eg payment terms, debt, invoicing, credit notes etc.)

• "A" level educated

Personal Competencies


• Good communication skills and telephone manner

• Team player happy to help others either colleagues or customers

• Good accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to achieve results in a customer focused and pragmatic way
