Internal Sales/Admin Apprentice

The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
- Filing customer invoices
- Proof of Deliveries
- Providing POD's to customers
- Answering the telephone to external/internal customers
- Receiving customer queries via email
- Dealing with customer returns and credits
- Supply returns and debits
- Customer quotations and following them up
- Producing quotes
- Liasing with the warehouse
- Picking customer orders when required
- Goods receiving in/Data inputting
- Stock taking
Meeting and greeting customers
Requirements:
- Reliable with good time keeping skills
- A good team player
- Good organisation skills
- Multi tasker
Grades:
There are no educational requirements required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. 1 hour un-paid lunch. 30 hours - Negotiable between 9-5pm
