We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our administration team on a bank/occasional basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants, patients and relevant departments regarding imaging department administration, cancelling clinics for Radiologists and organising additional clinics where required
- Meet and greet all customers and respond to incoming telephone calls and relay to the imaging team as necessary
- Issue reports and record destinations
- Appoint patients with due regard to preparation and protocol
- Deal with telephone enquiries in an appropriate manner maintaining a customer focus
- Provide a clerical service for imaging and maintain stationery stock levels
Who we're looking for:
- Experience working in a busy front facing role would be beneficial or minimum previous experience in a fast paced customer focused business
- Must have outstanding customer care, verbal and written skills experience and have proven computer literacy to include Outlook, Excel and Word
- To be able to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team
- To remain calm, positive and confident in difficult or stressful situations
