Key Accountabilities

  • Global Technology Change Lead, providing thought leadership, technology change data, internal and external trends and insights
  • Direct and oversee the end-to-end Technology Change Strengthen plan
  • Works in partnership with Change Standard Owners, CIO's, Operational Risk and Audit to ensure strategic improvements to change processes and practices are controlled, monitored and measured
  • Work collaboratively across the Bank to ensure successful adoption of the IT Change Management Standards and Controls
  • Maintain an effective IT Change control environment through end-to-end process mapping of the 'as is' and forward engineer the 'to be' state inc. Approval Process, stage gates, governance etc.
  • Illustrate the full end to end Technology change process simply, whilst connecting all change strengthen related initiatives in to one simple view
  • Responsible for identification and tracking of all IT change strengthen opportunities e.g., Issue categorisation, lessons learned, colleague training, repeated issues etc
  • Establish effective governance e.g., Change Strengthen SteerCo and Working Group
  • Responsible for producing and presenting read acrosses of thematic IT Change related risks, issues, themes and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders as applicable
