We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst to work within the Construction Group Applications team to provide support for our platforms across the Group business, in particular our Construction and Engineering specific applications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day support including Incident and Change Management for our IT Application Estate and to be the primary point of contact for administrative support to the business end users.
  • Manage IT Application upgrade projects in conjunction with internal and external parties.
  • Co-ordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records
  • Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
  • Work with the wider IT team in learning and providing support on existing and newly introduced business platforms.
  • Provide and maintain documentation for the IT Applications
  • Process and manage new requests for IT Applications
  • Liaise with suppliers and support partners.

Key skills and experience:

  • Solid Systems/ Process experience - with Autodesk, Asta PowerProject and Salesforce.
  • Awareness and understanding of Software Licence management.
  • You will be proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and have knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practice.
  • An effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and suppliers.
  • You will be process orientated with good attention to details and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
