About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Duty Manager for our new store in Staines. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in retail management during a period of exciting business growth.

Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass sales targets in store Maintain product availability on the shop floor Ensure team's knowledge of all products in each department Assist customers in line with company guidelines Address customer queries efficiently Uphold company standards in housekeeping and floor presentation Participate in stock takes and report any discrepancies Manage staffing levels based on business needs Monitor daily tasks and team performance Provide training and performance reviews Oversee cash handling and security measures

The Ideal Candidate:
