About the Role:
Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team at our two Surrey extra care scheme services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to all staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the services.
- Contribute to the development of the company's care strategy and policies.
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £33,000 - £40,000.

Requirements:
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent.
