Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse at MPS Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding patient care and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your clinical knowledge and nursing skills to accurately assess patients' conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical information.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute effective care plans.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and current medical records while upholding patient confidentiality.
- Stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Valid and active NMC Registration.
- Minimum of 6 months demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse with medical proficiency.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
