We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on Enlli Ward at Bronglais General Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to older adults with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to patients with functional illnesses and behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Contribute to the development of the ward's care environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration
- Experience of providing direct nursing care to older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer a range of training and development opportunities, including formal training and ward-based development programs.
