We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on Enlli Ward, Bronglais General Hospital, on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults with a range of needs, including functional illnesses and behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.
Main Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ward-based development programs and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, policies, and procedures that promote best practice and patient safety.

Requirements- Current NMC registration
