Key Responsibilities- Deliver holistic nursing care to patients with functional illnesses and behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Contribute to the development of the ward's care environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current NMC registration
- Experience of providing care to older adults with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
