Are you a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school setting?
We are seeking a teaching assistant to join the team at a primary school based in Tamworth from September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across KS2 classes, assisting with daily classroom activities and student learning.Deliver subject-focused interventions to help students achieve their full potential.Offer 1:1 support to individual students as required, addressing their specific learning needs.Work closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions.Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Proven experience working in a primary school setting.Strong ability to deliver focused interventions and provide effective 1:1 support.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.A proactive and supportive approach to enhancing student learning and development.Why Join Smile Education?
